Tim Hinton’s latest creation is full of surprises and excitement. The concept is clear and simple: a musical celebration! Confetti is a delight to the senses. “The marching field explodes with color both musically and visually!”
Burst
The show opens as the confetti is thrown into the air. The idea of the music is to capture the energy and excitement of the “celebratory confusion” which confetti seems to illicit so well.
Colors
The ballad section of the show focuses on the many colors of confetti. A wonderful opportunity for your auxiliary to fill the field with color.
Celebration
The conclusion of the show is based on the last part of the confetti experience when the confetti starts to fall and settle toward the ground. Musically portrayed quite literally with descending chromatic lines (easy to play and yet appropriate). The show concludes on an up note, bringing back some of the first themes in the show and ending “with a bang”.
