Drill FAQs:
Can I see the entire drill concept before I order the show?
We post samples to all drill design on the website in a fast forward animation of the full show as well as partial samples that are in printable format. (subject to availability)
How is the drill customized to my band program when the drill design concept has already been written?
We design the drill to your instrumentation and specifications including your guard and percussion placement. Your strengths and weaknesses of the ensemble, and any other program concerns are also taken under consideration to make sure we adhere to your performance needs. We then have our team of experts do the best we can to implement your ideas into the concept we have created for the show while still keeping the integrity of the original design.
After I have purchased the show, can I see a copy of it so my staff and I can start formulating our design requests?
Yes, after we have received your contract and deposits a copy of the drill concept will be shipped out to you at no additional cost. This will help you plan for any general effect ideas you may want to have incorporated, including props and staging considerations, color guard needs and other requests you may have.
Can I buy the show and adapt it on my own?
Yes, the drill concept is available for purchase if you would like to do the adjusting of the drill on your own. The drill is written on Java 3D and you must have at least version 3.0 to make adjustments to the drill with your software along with the computer disk that we supply you with upon purchase.
Is it possible for me to speak with the drill writer while they are working on my show?
In most cases either our in-house drill design coordinator or the designer themselves can be available to discuss your situation after receipt of the contract We request you complete section of the contract that pertains to the drill design and make all requests in writing with very clear expectations for the designer to work from. We will review the requests and contact you should we have need for further clarification. All requests must be made on less than 6 weeks before your delivery due date.
Can I change my drill numbers after turning them in with the contract?
You can change your instrumentation numbers up until the drill has gone into production. Once the show has be started there can not be any changes made until after August 15th in which there will be an additional charge made at that time. If you would like to schedule a re-write for an additional fee this can be done and we will get you into our schedule after that date. (see contract for more details)

Contest Site FAQs:
What is Ultimate Regional Protection
Music and drill are contest protected, on a first come-first serve basis, for each contest performance location you will be attending during the current marching season. This policy protects each band program purchasing this show or music exclusivity based on their performance schedule providing a one-of-a-kind show at each contest location regardless of state lines.
Can a band perform the same show and or music at the same contest site but in a different division, region, and/or class?
The band program that has the show and the contest locations locked in first, will be the sole decision maker to determine if another program can also compete at the same location. This will only be attempted at the request of the director who is trying to get a specific contest site cleared.
Can I change one of my contest sites after I turn my contract in?
Yes, however, ALL changes must be cleared by Center X Productions staff before attending the new contest location as well as having the updates in writing. This can be done by faxing in the updated paper work that is supplied to you in the contract to Center X.
Does the Ultimate Regional Protection just cover a 100 mile radius area?
No, all shows and the music arrangements are protected per each contest site that your band will be performing during the course of the season. The contract expires December 31st of each year with that being the end of the season. All extensions must be approved by Center X Productions.
